Purchase conveyancing
Buying a property
Whether it's your first home, your next move or an investment, our team handles the legal side of your purchase from offer accepted to keys in hand, and keeps you updated in plain English along the way.
Your purchase
What does purchase conveyancing involve?
Once your offer is accepted, we carry out the legal work needed to transfer the property into your name.
We check the title and the contract papers from the seller's solicitors, order searches on the property, raise enquiries, and work with your lender if you are buying with a mortgage. We report back to you on everything we find before you commit.
After completion we submit your Stamp Duty Land Tax return and register the property in your name at Land Registry, so the purchase is fully finished.
